Booking conditions

01Prices and choice of menu

All prices shown are per person.
For menus with an individual choice of dish, please let us know each guest’s choice at least 7 days before the booking date.

02Duration and service

The estimated duration of the meal is 1 hour 30 minutes.
Unlimited drinks are served from the moment all guests are seated until dessert is served.
Drinks included: soft drinks, water, Alhambra Especial beer by the glass, tinto de verano (red wine & lemon soda), house red or white wine, and frizzante (lightly sparkling wine).

03Confirmation and payment

Once availability for the requested date is confirmed, we will send you a personalised quote with all the details and instructions to complete the booking.
To confirm the booking, 50% of the total must be paid in advance. The booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received.
The remaining 50% is paid at the end of the meal.

04Punctuality

There is a 15-minute grace period after the booking time. After that, we cannot guarantee the table will still be available.

05Changes and cancellations

These apply both to cancelling the whole booking and to reducing the number of guests:

More than72 hoursDeposit refunded in full

Between72 and 24 hours50% of the deposit retained

Less than24 hoursDeposit retained and the full outstanding balance charged

These conditions apply individually to each guest who cancels or does not turn up, and do not affect the rest of the group.
